Delivery & Returns


At the current time is only available to ship to destinations within the United States of America and APO addresses It is our intention to expand our shipping service to additional countries in the future. Please re-visit this website at a later date for further updates regarding this situation.


We welcome orders from all customers within the United States mainland. We regret that we are currently unable to ship to customers outside the United States mainland, we are hoping to add this facility in the near future.

We dispatch orders on weekdays only (Monday-Friday except Holidays) and we will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch please get in touch with our customer service team who will do their best to accommodate any changes.


We want you to be happy with your order but if you would like to return an item/s, for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any item/s as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.

We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications.

For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new item/s you require and return back to us any unwanted items.

Internet purchases currently cannot be returned to a store and these will need to be returned using the instructions on the Returns Form included in your box or by contacting RETURNS@ALEXANDRELONDON.COM to obtain an RMA number first.

You can choose whichever service is the most convenient for you. We suggest using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.


We do not currently ship to overseas destinations. We do however ship to Armed Forces APO addresses.
